Government : On-Line Control and Management based on geo-information system via Web Yerevan city geoinformation system via address information integrates information on incidents, objects requiring special permissions and licenses, enterprises, residents, etc.   GIS is the subsystem of “Law Enforcement Support” (LES) system that `integrates the following subsystems: • Subsystem of multilingual introduction of laws and legislative acts in the content search systems (development is completely accomplished, implementation process is prepared); • Subsystem of visa and entrance permits issue for persons made applications     • via consulates of the RA,     • immediately on the border of the RA,     • via Internet, (all subsystem modules are in full-scale exploitation); • Subsystem of registration the fact of crossing RA border by people and transport vehicles (the part for air transport is in full-scale exploitation, the subsystem module for ground border is prepared for implementation); • Subsystem of RA border cargo crossing fact registration (the part for air transport is in full-scale exploitation, the module for integrating subsystem to cargo custom registration on ground border is prepared); • Subsystem of declaring criminal investigation or restricting the movements and controlling people and transport vehicles (the subsystem module for people is in full-scale exploitation, the subsystem module for transport vehicles is in integration stage); • Ownership registration subsystem with information output on geoinformation electronic maps. The subsystems of registration of residence addresses and enterprises legal addresses are realized (development is completely accomplished, implementation process is prepared); • Special permissions and licenses registration subsystem. Communication facilities registration subsystem are realized, there is no failure operating time for car, weapon, special drugs and reagents (different modules of subsystem are in full-scale exploitation, new modules integration is an issue of organization); • Subsystem of collection and spread of messages on accidents and crimes in the content search systems (is in full-scale exploitation); • Bare information source gathering and content search (analysis) subsystem; • Administrative violations, criminal violations, as well as different registration units registration subsystem; • Subsystem of intellectual search and analysis of     • registration objects,     • connections,     • events (including contact statements registered by maintenance technical means – ATC, booking system, border crossing registration system, etc.) by specific description or general requirements settlement (subsystem different modules are in full-scale exploitation, new specifically oriented modules are being developed).
