1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

A Close Joint Stock Company “Aviainfotel” (hereinafter, we), who considers developer and owner of Document Identification System (hereinafter, DIS) offers to any legal person to use DIS upon the conditions and terms stated in this User Agreement (hereinafter, Agreement). The present offer is public and with the acceptance of the conditions herein, any legal person can become a user of DIS. It is strongly recommended you to read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement before you decide to become a user of the DIS.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE DIS

DIS is an Internet available powerful for any function engaged in identification of travel documents to get familiar with specific characteristics of the document, therefore to identify fake documents and prevent illegal migration and criminal transactions. DIS provides users with the capability to view high-qualified images of documents via Internet
- cover of the document
- prominent pages of the document
- specific pages under ultraviolet – revealing security marks
- specific pages under infrared – revealing security marks
- holograms, their view under different angle of light – revealing security marks
- microprints, their view under different angle of light – revealing security marks
- water marks
- hidden texts
User-friendly interface of the DIS allows very expressively view appearance of the document under different light-angle conditions.
Technology allows to magnify any selected part of the image more than 12 times be retaining high quality of the image and providing high speed of operation.
Database of the DIS is regularly updated through acquisition of sample passports and other travel documents of the countries.
DIS does not require installation of any special software on your workstation. Standard web browser is enough. In order to use DIS you must obtain access to the Internet either directly or through devices that access web-based content. In addition you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the Internet, including computer and modem or other access device.

3. MEMBER ACCOUNT

If you do not already have a DIS username and password, you should require them from e-mail address contacts@menq.am. 1 (one) username/password combination provides access to the system by one user from one workstation. The same username/password can not be used to access DIS simultaneously from two or more workstations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username/password. You agree to ensure that you exit from the system at the end of each session.
We are entitled to declare your name as our user posting it to the Site or publishing in our materials if we don’t have your prior disagreement on this.

4. FINANCIAL
Monthly payment for service is 36 Euro per username/password.
Payments must be made by prepayments.
We have right to unilaterally review monthly fee and other payment conditions (currency, bank requisites, etc) for service. Effective date of new tariffs (conditions) shall be the date of their publication in the Site. In case of tariffs change, payment made earlier is not recalculated according to new tariffs. Any changes to the tariffs will not affect current users for the duration of their agreement. Duration of the Agreement is the period (quantity of months) that user has mentioned in his request for username/password.
In your request for username/password you should provide the following information
• Name of organization
• Legal address
• Contact information
• Taxpayer identification code
• Number of requested usernames/passwords
• Period of service (minimum 3 months)
An invoice will be prepared based on provided data and will sent you for making payment.
The fact of making payment is considered confirmed receipt of information from the bank on the monetary means entered our bank account. The beginning of the service is considered the date/time when user’s username/password is activated. Activation of user’s account can not be later than 3(three) days after receiving information from the bank.

5. USAGE OF THE DIS

Your use of the DIS is at your sole risk. The DIS is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranty that
- the DIS will meet your requirements
- the service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free
- the results that may be obtained from the use of DIS will be accurate and reliable
- any errors in the application will be corrected.
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify DIS by adding new modules, features and or by changing elements of interface with or without notice.
We are not liable for quality of general-purpose communication channels used to access DIS or other technical access failures.
The graphical user interface of the DIS may display banner advertising to you from time to time.
Recent news, information on DIS can also be displayed to you from time to time.
You agree to use information contained in DIS only for activities not forbidden by the domestic and international laws.
