LES system
also integrates other general-duty modules, such as multilingual
dictionaries working by coincidence of words semantic space,
thesauruses, etc.
System
involves data on criminal and non-criminal cases taken from
police reports, from other law-enforcement bodies and organisations
databases necessary for criminal investigation.
System makes provision for involving
court decisions and data on fulfilment of punishments.
Input data is connected to corresponding standard objects,
classifiers (directories), main words and previously inputted
data fragments.
System allows analytical inquires
not only by main words groups but also by groups of any words
and their synonyms.
Collected or integrated information
is used for detection of disembodied and non-integral data,
as well as evident and non-evident relationships between objects
(people, organizations, things, telephone calls, material
values, etc.).
System involves Migration Server for

System is based on ORACLE and allows
data graphic and diagram presentation.

LES perform object-oriented approach with information presenting
and filing. The objects have attributes and can involve the
other ones. LES is able to hold or keep intermediate ties
between any type of previously searched and filed objects
data and their contents, including with structurally unstable
information (real language texts and multimedia). The system
has an opportunity to use classifiers support tools, directories,
standard objects and links, main words and folder objects
(where links with other objects are kept) for data proper
integrating.
What about real language texts, inquires
creation and collection, and data search problems, LES system
in addition to ORACLE DBMS environment normal option enables
to use content analysis methods and consonant names search
method that are the single ones in their efficiency and operating
speed.
LES performs data automatic input
in different formats. Data modification (if it is necessary)
and connection to classifiers (directories) and different
types of objects are provided by system.
Access to local or far data sources
is provided by portal information technologies … input
data can be connected to knowledge system and properly presented

LES performs different navigation
methods by collected data. Required object groups can be identified
by types, main words or parameter values. Search engines based
on filtering and subtext or fuzzy logic can be realized.
In LES system object groups can also be identified and/or
filtered by secondary words and phrases similarity (for example
objects can be arrange taking into account repetition frequency
of descriptions that are made by synonyms in objects’
structurally unstable data, moreover at the search beginning
often it is not known what descriptions there are). These
algorithms create extremely analytic opportunities and are
innovations.
