Airport Management Information System (TAMIS)
|
|
TAMIS
includes the Border Management Information System (BMIS)
that records and monitors cross-border flows of vehicles, people
and cargo and can also be implemented and maintained as a separate
solution: for road, rail and sea borders.

| Planning
and Registration of the Airport Services |
|
| Coherent
work of all airport services is crucial for providing high quality
service for passengers and provide them with the secure flights.
“Planning and Registration of the Airport Services”
subsystem serves as a unified information exchange field for
all the enterprises, providing services on the airport territory. |
Basic information provision
This
module provides an interface to the database, which allows
the operating of the primary supplemental information used
in other modules and subsystems. Along with the data to be
filled by the airport staff, the module includes also built-in
general geographic and technical data from guides, atlases
and directories.
Flights
planning and management
Designed
to control and operate loads of flights, this module represents
an automation software for the traffic control service and
coordinates airport services to the arriving/departing aircraft
via notification and information system for the appropriate
departments. With the information available from the “Basic
information provision” module, flights planning becomes
as much as options selection: clicks in checkboxes and drop
down menus.

| Illegal
Migration and Wanted People Control Subsystem |
|
| A structurally
sophisticated, however easy-to-use subsystem, which provides
effective real-time control of passengers’ identification
documents, visas, and tickets, preventing illegal migration
and facilitating search of wanted persons. |
|
|
Airport
Visual Management Subsystem
(Airport Infrastructure and
Destinations Presentation and Analysis Subsystem) |
|
| This
subsystem serves for visual presentation of airport main infrastructure
services, as well as destinations covered by the airport. It
provides with possibilities for objects, surfaces, lengths and
volumes calculation and analysis and all data flow dynamic visualization. |
|
|
| Airport
Personnel Management/Restricted Area Access Control Subsystem |
|
| The
subsystem is designed to facilitate personnel management, as
well as control of access of personnel, guests, and vehicles
to different-level restricted areas. |
|
|
| Financial
Information Subsystem |
|
| The
“Financial information” subsystem automates the
accounting for the airport services and operations. Among other
“must have” features, which are necessary for accounting,
this integrated module automatically generates accounting reports
as a result of operational activities modules application. Corresponding
transactions to the General Ledger generated automatically or
after confirmation of responsible person. |
|
|
| Passengers
Information Subsystem |
|
| This
module draws from the central database information on the aircraft
arrival and departure, boarding gateways and check-ins, etc.,
filled in by the airport staff at the other TAMIS modules application
with further display on the indicator boards and monitors in
the airport. |
|
|
All
modules have separate exploitation opportunity.
In case of any module absence, special forms are designed
for data input to operating module.
