   Illegal Migration and Wanted People Control Subsystem

A structurally sophisticated, however easy-to-use subsystem, which provides effective real-time control of passengers’ identification documents, visas, and tickets, preventing illegal migration and facilitating search of wanted persons.

World identification documents’ database

- Database contains the main features of identification/travel documents issued by different countries: serial numbers formats, quantity of pages, security signs, cover designs, binding type, page sizes, photos of important pages, etc.
- Provision of thin clients (via IP) with photo images of documents, supporting image multiple enlargement possibility with exceptionally high quality.

Visa Issuance

- Directory of the World Identification Documents
- Check with World Identification Documents Database, Interpol Wanted People and People not Preferred to Enter a Country Database (Interpol Database) when issuing visa
- Filing the details of visas and other documents issued direct from consulates over the world (respective government bodies), as well as rejected visa applications, under the system other modules control and further usage of the generated Visa Database in passenger arrival and departure registration modules.

Travel documents and ticket check

- Multi-criteria check of incoming passengers’ passport/visa details with the issued Visa Database (document number, validity, issuer, purpose of visit, government bodies response: visa rejected or granted, etc.)
- Filing the details of tickets, which airlines declare as void; alerting when void tickets are presented
- Filing the details of documents issued and later declared as void by diplomatic/state special bodies; alerting when such documents are presented
- Receipt and initial check of preliminary information on passengers:
- Receipt of the electronic lists of arriving passengers from the airport of departure, their initial check
- Receipt of the electronic lists of departing passengers from ticket booking systems, their initial check.

Intellectual search module

Passengers names
- Detection and presentation of similar names (similarity in pronunciation, omission or error during data entry, similarity when changing the order of the parts of the name, etc.)
- Similarity level setting by the user
- No requirements to the accuracy of any special letters/digits within the name (e.g. first three letters)
- Use of names dictionaries in multiple languages
- Further check for information on the person found:
For non-residents:
• details of using airport services (flights, transits, baggage, cargo, etc)
• details of visas issued/rejected
For residents:
• details of using airport services (flights, transits, baggage, cargo, etc.)
• passports/other IDs obtained/changed/declared void; personal details (address, phone number, marital status, etc).

Names of countries, cities, enterprises

- Detection and presentation of similar names (similarity in pronunciation, omission or error during data entry, similarity when changing the order of the parts of the name, etc.)

Incoming passengers’ registration

- Registration of all incoming passengers
- Incoming passengers’ documents data matching with Issued Visas Database, Passports Database, List of Wanted People and Interpol Database, country void passports and diplomatic/special governmental authorities issued and later voided documents data
- Alerting the need of secondary inspection of the passenger in the line, when passenger’s document entries are not found in the databases.

Wanted people alert

- Comparison of passenger document details with the List of Wanted People, Passport Database, Interpol Database, and Visa Database
- Automatic voice alert to the respective services (police office in the airport) when a similarity (with possibility of controlling similarity level) of passenger document details with the List of Wanted People is detected. Immediate check of the data received from the alerting authority and its visual comparison with the List of Wanted People.

Passenger queries

- Multiple criteria easy search of passengers, who ever used airport services. Provides with the details of the tickets, baggage, and flights for the passenger for any chosen period.
